Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened food and beverage products cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
